Kat Latimer Wolf is an executive coach and strategy consultant with more than 25 years of business experience in Silicon Valley. Her coaching practice, Katalyst Coaching, focuses on high-performing individuals seeking to maximize their professional potential.

Kat’s experience spans key growth sectors, including enterprise software, telecommunications, fintech, and healthcare. She has held numerous management and executive positions in engineering, product, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. Her experiences include Vice President of Marketing at Capsilon, Inc. (fintech) and C•ATS Software (enterprise s/w); COO at Kx Systems (fintech) ; President of FastMark, Inc. (healthcare); and CEO of FastMark Holdings, LLC (publishing technology).

Having been an executive and consultant, Kat has an extensive background in advising executives and their teams to define distinctive competencies, explore new markets and opportunities, and identify and pursue paths to liquidity. She is able to quickly grasp the challenges and dynamics in organizations, from initial start-up to liquidity. Kat is a strategic thinker and a believer in reaching milestones. Her approach is honest and direct, with an emphasis on positive change.

Kat has the education and training to move you forward

Kat holds an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. She was trained and certified in Executive Coaching at the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA. She uses a strengths-based coaching approach and often uses assessments to identify strengths, personality type, and leadership development opportunities.
